The Absolute Best Chocolate Souffle Recipe

This Chocolate Souffle recipe so sooo good, but best of all it so easy and quick to make as it requires little ingredients, I often get compliments from people on this so I hope you enjoy it, it really is delicious!

200 Grams Quality Dark Chocolate
100g Butter
115g Castor Sugar
2 Egg at room temperature
2 tablespoons of selfraising flour

Preheat oven to 200 Degrees Celsius

In a pot with boiling water in it sit a metal bowel on top and melt the chocolate and butter together until fully melted and blended together, always stir to prevent chocolate from burning

In another bowel slightly wisk eggs then add sugar and wisk together again.

Add the melted chocolate to the egg and sugar mixture until they fully mixed

Now add the 2 table spoons of flour and combine, and ensure it is fully mixed again

This recipe will make 4-5 decent servings of souffles so choose the type of ramekin you would like to use, slightly grease them with butter or oil then pour the mixture evenly to the ramekins

Cook in oven for 8-12 minutes, it really depends on the oven and how many ramekins you have, but cook until hard and cooked around the outside, and when you poke your knife in it should still very runny in the inside.  There is a fin line between undercooked, cooked, and overcooked, you don't want there to be too much cake around the outside in comparison to the sauce in the inside, nor too much sauce, i always check my putting my knofe in even if it messes up the top of one it still tastes good, just  take them out when it feels right for you :) xx

yum!

you want the inside to be quite runny :)

enjoy!

Another Hi!

I just received my parcel which has my dress which I will be wearing to the One Direction concert at the end of the holidays! I'm so excited to wear it!  Now before some of you go oh..... shes a one direction fan girl, just to get it clear I'm really not, I must admit I once was when I bought the ticket, and I still like them now, but I assure you I am not obsessed anymore!  I think it is just one of the those artists which concert you just have to go to,  my girlfriends and I aren't dressing up in one direction tops, or hand painted tops with each of their names on or anything, we are all just going to wear dresses, I think it will be lots of fun! I will update a post on how the actual night is, but for now this is what I will be wearing. It is from Princess Polly, which is an Australian online website, which is amazing! I could literally buy so many things off that site, everything is so colourful and fun which is what fashion should be! xoxox lucy

my adored heart Karen Walker ring, and another random

looks a bit unflattering here but couldn't get a good full shot :)

Hi All!

I just thought I would let you in on a new obsession I am starting to develop for Karen Walker Rings. I'm not quite sure if you can call it an obsession yet, but I think it may be soon as the rings themselves are amazing and not majorly expensive (still a bit pricey) but they are sterling silver so it is so worth it! But they are just simply gorgeous, they are so beautifully simple and elegent,  I am one to love dainty and fine jewellery so naturally I fell in love these rings! I have the heart, but there are various others in her collection which are equally as sweet such as a star, peace sign, daisy, a little bear, and a bunny. They are all so beautiful and sweet, I wear the heart with everything as it goes with everything because it is not too bold.  I actually wore it to my school formal and it was that little something extra that made me feel a little more special and beautiful on the night, i'm not sure why but it did! I think I may just have to invest in some more, as they are just so beautiful.

I Am Lucy

Hi Everyone!

My name is Lucy, and i have decided to start a blog! I'm not really bothered if no one will ever read this is just a place where i will talk about my life, the struggles, the joys, and the things I love in it.  I am a teenager having the deal with constant struggle of the perfect image, and trust me i am far from it, but I am trying to get past that and realise that you don't have to look perfect to have a happy and great life, and the true people in your life will love you for who you are.  So i have created this blog, for a lot of things, it may be something new I have discovered, a hard day at school i had, my favourite outfits, my favourite recipe, anything that comes across my mind, and i truly hope you enjoy it.
