The Absolute Best Chocolate Souffle Recipe

This Chocolate Souffle recipe so sooo good, but best of all it so easy and quick to make as it requires little ingredients, I often get compliments from people on this so I hope you enjoy it, it really is delicious!

200 Grams Quality Dark Chocolate
100g Butter
115g Castor Sugar
2 Egg at room temperature
2 tablespoons of selfraising flour

Preheat oven to 200 Degrees Celsius

In a pot with boiling water in it sit a metal bowel on top and melt the chocolate and butter together until fully melted and blended together, always stir to prevent chocolate from burning

In another bowel slightly wisk eggs then add sugar and wisk together again.

Add the melted chocolate to the egg and sugar mixture until they fully mixed

Now add the 2 table spoons of flour and combine, and ensure it is fully mixed again

This recipe will make 4-5 decent servings of souffles so choose the type of ramekin you would like to use, slightly grease them with butter or oil then pour the mixture evenly to the ramekins

Cook in oven for 8-12 minutes, it really depends on the oven and how many ramekins you have, but cook until hard and cooked around the outside, and when you poke your knife in it should still very runny in the inside.  There is a fin line between undercooked, cooked, and overcooked, you don't want there to be too much cake around the outside in comparison to the sauce in the inside, nor too much sauce, i always check my putting my knofe in even if it messes up the top of one it still tastes good, just  take them out when it feels right for you :) xx

yum!

you want the inside to be quite runny :)

enjoy!
